Professional identity
I am a football professional with experience on the field and as part of coaching staffs in different contexts and cultures. I am guided by non-negotiable values: respect, humility, commitment, effort and solidarity.
My approach integrates player development with improved collective performance. I work through a clear methodology, dynamic training sessions and game-realistic situations that strengthen decision-making.
